1000 Newnan Road, Carrollton, Georgia 30116, United States
Our number one priority at the Sheriff’s Office is to do everything we can to help flatten the curve and the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. We are taking extra precaution and changing procedures to ensure that the safety, health, and well-being of our staff, inmates and the public are taken seriously.
We are also working hard to limit the number of citizens that enter our jail lobby, we ask that if possible, please make all jail deposits for inmate accounts remotely by visiting Inmate Canteen
If you have questions about an inmate, we strongly encourage you contact jail reception at 770-830-5888 instead of coming to the Sheriff’s Office. We will work hard to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
If you have a court date pending it would be best to contact the courts to be sure that your case is still on the calendar and to receive further instructions of what to expect in regard to Courthouse procedures. There will be a list of essential contact numbers attached to this release.
We appreciate our citizens understanding during this time of uncertainty and we believe that our goal within the Carroll County community is to stay safe, stay healthy, and look for brighter days ahead.
Please continue to follow our Sheriff’s Office Facebook page for the newest developments that could affect our community and stay up to date on when these above-mentioned restrictions could be lifted.
